Dr Michaela Glöckler, n von Kügelgen, was born in Stuttgart in 1946. She attended the Waldorf School until graduation, then studied German language and literature and history in Freiburg and Heidelberg. From 1972 to 1978 she studied medicine in Tübingen and Marburg. Her further training as paediatrician took place at the Community Hospital in Herdecke and at the Bochum University Paediatric Clinic. Until 19898 she was a colleague in the children's outpatient's clinic at the Community Hospital in Herdecke and served as school doctor for the Rudolf Steiner School in Witten/Germany. Since 1988 she has been Head of the Medical Section at the Goetheanum, the School of Spiritual Science in Dornach, Switzerland.

Sue Scott lives in Sydney, Australia, and is a Rhythmical massage therapist and trainer. Rhythmical massage was developed as a physical therapy which could take into account the picture of the human being as more than only a mechanistic model. Sue is Secretary of the Australian Anthroposophical Medicine Association.

John Lees, PhD, MA (Cantab), MBACP (Snr Accred), UKRC Registered Independent Counsellor, Dip.Couns, Dip.Supervision, is a registered counselling and psychotherapy practitioner and an anthroposophist. He is also both a panel member and a consultant to the Anthroposophical Education and Research Association in the UK and is the training consultant for the Council for Anthroposophical Health and Social Care. He was educated at the Universities of Cambridge, London and Greenwich. He has been trained in psychodynamic counselling and integrative psychotherapy and has studied anthroposophical psychotherapy with Ad and Henriette Dekkers. He runs an MSc in Therapeutic Counselling in London and has written numerous articles and edited several books in the fields of counselling and psychotherapy, research and anthroposophy.

Astrid Schmitt-Stegmann, M.A., former Program Director at Rudolf Steiner College, Fair Oaks, California, for 15 years;  Director of the college's San Francisco and Los Altos Waldorf Teacher Education Programs.  A Waldorf teacher for 20 years, she has taught in schools in the U.S. and Germany where she was a class teacher, kindergarten, high school and foreign language teacher.  Astrid has also taught at the Waldorf teacher training centers in Mannheim, Germany; St. Petersburg, Russia; and Manila, Philippines.

His core specialties include Homeopathy and Anthroposophical Medicine with auxiliary specializations in Bach Flower Therapy, Nutrition, Nature Cure & Yoga. He has been actively into clinical practice since 25 years. He also heads the Ramakrishna Homeo Stores [P]Ltd, which is a 60 year old traditional family pharmacy. Actively working as Member, National Advisory Board of Indian Institute of Homoeopathic Physicians [IIHP], a national organization for qualified homoeopathic physicians of India. He is passionate about anthroposophy, has undergone training in Bio-dynamic farming and is a certified ISCADOR oncology practitioner from the Medical Sektion, Dornach.

Miriam Haenen – Kindergarten Trainer.

After many years as a Waldorf Kindergarten teacher / trainer in Holland, mentored and trained the first Waldorf Initiatives in Hyderabad, South India.

Since September 2008, she conducts a Waldorf Kindergarten Training Programme, in Hyderabad for teachers, who are interested in a more holistic approach to Kindergarten education.

Currently, her special focus is on bringing the richness of Indian culture through, stories, puppet play, songs and hand gestures to the Waldorf Kindergartens in India. Inspired by anthroposophic studies, her artistic search focuses on puppetry – especially, knot dolls and transparence plays.
